Shipping and Returns
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 21-day return window. If more than 21 days have passed since your order shipped, your order is not eligible for refund or exchange. Items must be returned with their accompanying receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at hello@abamcollection.com
Do you ship internationally?
All international orders are shipped with FedEx. We are currently shipping to the following regions: USA, Canada, UK, and The European Union.
When will my order arrive?
Products availability might take 14 days. Shipping the product for Standard shipping might take 7-14 days, Ground shipping might take 3-7 days, and 2 Day shipping might take 2-3 days. All international orders follow Duties and taxes vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs or duties that may be assessed by their country when the package arrives.

Where can I see my order status?
You can track your order by logging in to your account on @abamcollection.com.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Payment option?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment will be debited once your order has been shipped.
Damages and issues?
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, visible damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please take some photos of the condition of the order within 7 days of arrival for a full refund.
Product Care
What is the suggestion for the care?
To take care of the bassinet cover as well as the bassinet veil dry cleaning is the best option. To take care jewelry, use polishing cloth to gently rub the surface of your piece. Remove any remaining tarnish with mild diluted soap. Rinse with warm water, dry with a clean towel and store it in its jewelry pouch. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
