Returns

We offer a 21-day return window. If more than 21 days have passed since your order shipped, your order is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned with their accompanying receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at hello@abamcollection.com

After we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of whether we have accepted or declined it. (This process may take 1–3 business days.) If we accept your return, we will process your refund, applying it to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, processed refunds might take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not currently offer exchanges.

We offer refunds for regular-priced items only—sale items are nonrefundable. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We do not refund outbound shipping fees from the original order. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@abamcollection.com.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, visible damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please take photos of the condition of the order within 7 days of arrival for a full refund.

Shipping

All orders, including the 2nd Day, are processed within 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Once the order is placed the product's availability might take 14 days.

We offer to ship within the U.S. and internationally. All international orders are shipped with FedEx. We are currently shipping to the following regions: USA, Canada, UK, and The European Union.

We have the following shipping options available in the US:

  • Standard (Estimated 7-14 days)
  • Ground (Estimated 3-7 days)
  • 2 Day (Estimated 2-3 days)
  • We cannot ship to P.O boxes)
